Labour leadership lighthouse

The Labour Leadership Lighthouse (L3 for short) is a high level platform created to closely engage top unionists, namely Presidents, General Secretaries and General Treasurers, as a leadership group within the Labour Movement. L3 members can look forward to in-depth briefings and discussions on labour and national issues.

Founded in 1990, the institute is an established centre for labour education and training in Singapore. The institute together with the Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore National Employers Federation, is a key driver of the Singapore Tripartism Forum to promote Singapore’s unique brand of tripartism.
