Every year more than 100 union leaders / GB members / management staff / NTUC-ARU staff graduate from higher level certificate courses – the Advanced Certificate in Industrial Relations, the Diploma in Employment Relations and the Professional Diploma in Employment Relations – conducted at the Institute. The graduands and their family members, fellow union leaders and management partners come together to celebrate this education milestone with the Institute during the annual ceremony.
