Labour Leadership Lighthouse (L3) Post-Corporate Planning Session - 24 February 2015
Over 160 union leaders and NTUC staff were briefed about the outcomes and strategies from the NTUC Corporate Planning Seminar (held in February). The Labour Movement will continue to better protect, improve and serve the needs of workers by being inclusive. We have set out the direction on what we want to do for the PMEs (Professionals-Managers-Executives), mature workers, low wage workers, freelancers, migrant workers and women & family. The session ended with dialogue with NTUC President Diana Chia, Secretary-General Lim Swee Say, and Deputy Secretaries-General Heng Chee How and Chan Chun Sing.
This course aims to develop the knowledge and skill sets necessary to resolve grievances and disputes effectively. It is ideal for HR managers and line managers/ supervisors who deal with workplace grievances and disputes.
