It was a heartwarming night of nostalgia and remembrance for 130 Pioneer Generation (PG) Leaders who joined us at the event. They were honoured for their contributions and service to Singapore and the Labour Movement through the nation building years. These PG leaders have contributed significantly to the economic stability and industrial peace that we enjoy today. Six passionate and nurturing veteran leaders were also honoured at the event. They had paved the way for the continued growth of the Labour Movement and had selflessly stepped aside from their top leadership position to facilitate leadership succession.
NTUC CPS will be held from 1 - 5 Feb, during which strategic plans will be discussed and formulated. President and SG will share the deliberations with senior union leaders during this session.
This course aims to develop the knowledge and skill sets necessary to resolve grievances and disputes effectively. It is ideal for HR managers and line managers/ supervisors who deal with workplace grievances and disputes.
In this 2nd study trip to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), 24 union leaders / Alumni members had the opportunity to learn about the various roles played by the ministry in Singapore’s Industrial Relations System.
