The inaugural Leadership Network 2009, was launched on 27 April 09 to create more opportunities for information and experience sharing, and strengthening ties amongst graduands from the institute's programmes . The network will comprise various activities such as dialogues, interest groups and learning journeys, just to name a few.

| Kicking off the launch was a talk on 'Leadership & Passion' by Dr Low Guat Tin. About 160 union leaders, including Central Committee members, President/GS, EXCO leaders and branch officials turned up to listen to the excellent and inspiring presentation. They were highly entertained by the dynamic and engaging Guat Tin, who shared insights on passion and the way in which passion creates a meaning to our lives and the work we do. |
