Our new progressive logo illustrates our vision to becoming a leading regional institute providing a one-stop platform for the advancement of tripartism. The three dynamic shapes symbolise the tripartite relationships we build with our partners and their upward movement represents Ong Teng Cheong (OTC) Labour Leadership Institute as a goal-oriented institute soaring to new heights in partnership with NTUC.
The introduction of a new vibrant orange colour symbolises the bold direction the institute is taking as a leadership development hub for the labour movement, promoting collaborative tripatite practices for good industrial relations in Singapore and the region.
